Rules of Conduct- The Club requires that helmets be worn by CanSkate skaters.
- The Club shall not be responsible for any damage, injury or loss of property to any member of the Club, or guests or visitors taken to the Club premises, regardless of the reason or nature of such damage, loss or injury, and further every member, guest or visitor shall use the Club facilities at his or her own risk.
- The Club reserves the right to move skaters from one skating level to another.
- The Club will not accept responsibility for children left unattended on the premises.
- No one other than registered skaters are allowed on the ice surface at any time - Only registered members are covered by our liability insurance.
- We reserve the right to cancel or change ice times to make the best use of ice available.
- Skating Club By-laws are available upon request.
